Sponsorship Information

Plainville Little League has a Fundraising Program that permits interested businesses to advertise within our league.
 
  1. An Advertising Sign to be displayed on one or more of our four Trumbull Park playing fields:

The signs are vinyl banners approximately 3 x 5 feet.  Each sign can have up to 4 lines of custom lettering for your name, phone number, and a message.  Logos can usually be reproduced for an extra fee.  We recommend 3 lines of bold block lettering.  The signs are displayed each season from prior to Opening Day in April, through the end of Fall Ball, which is completed in late October/early November.

To sponsor a sign, we need a minimum 2-year commitment.  The cost of a sign is:

  • $225 for the first year, and $150 for each additional year.

Payment for the first  2 years is due with the order.  In subsequent years, you will receive a bill from our Treasurer by February 1st.
 

  1. A Team Sponsorship which would include your business printed on the back of our players shirts:
    • T-ball Division  (approx. 65-90 players): $500 yearly to sponsor the entire division.
    • AA Baseball or Softball Team (approx. 12-13 players per team): $175 each team, with a minimum 2-year commitment.
    • AAA Baseball or Softball Team  (approx. 12-13 players per team): $175 each team, with a minimum 2-year commitment.
    • Major League Baseball or Softball Team  (approx. 12-13 players per team): $300 each team, with a minimum 4-year commitment.
    • Junior League Baseball or Softball Team  (approx. 12-16 players per team): $250 each team, with a minimum 4-year commitment.
    • All-Star Team  (approx. 12-13 players per team): $1500 each team with a 5 year commitment

The first 2 years of the 4 year commitment must be paid up front.  All subsequent years will be billed in January.

 
  1. An Advertisement on our Website.

We have a website, www.plainvillelittleleague.com.  We list our sign, team, and division sponsors on the site for free.  If you are interested in advertising on our website, the cost is $125 per season (approx. size of ad is 2” x 3”).
